Water & Sewer
The town supplies water and sewer service inside town limits and water to some areas outside town. Here is what you pay and how billing works.
How billing works
Four steps, every month
- Step 1: The meter is readTown staff read every meter each month and record the gallons used since the last reading.
- Step 2: Your bill is mailedBills are mailed once the readings are entered. The bill shows water, sewer, and the sanitation fee.
- Step 3: You pay by the due datePay online, by mail, at Town Hall, or in the drop box. Late payments add a penalty.
- Step 4: Unpaid accounts are cut offIf an account stays unpaid, water service is turned off until the balance and any reconnect fee are paid.
